    and I was thinking moreso 6 am but also I'm nuts lmfao. A 9 to 5 schedule for eating is actually pretty sustainable for me lol

    I get my cardio in on my lift days by walking from harlem to brooklyn in the evening tho

    my job's right over the bridge, I work 3 days a week, perfect tbh.

    Started doing it in january as a sign of willpower (if niggas can thug it out when it's 25 degrees outside, when spring ACTUALLY comes s***'s gonna literally be a walk in the park)

    do some other type of exercise

    like s*** you would never think you'd like, try it out

    and then when you finally start lifting again its gonna hit 10x

    your body will also thank you

    Taking extra time off isn’t the move tho right? I’m trying to stay strict on only two rest days even tho my body is saying it wants to chill more

    i took time off everything was just better, was able to move more weight and pumps were otherworldly, plus it was just fun again

    at the end of the day listen to your body

    Better than going too hard and injuring yourself

    Sometimes when u take a week break you come back stronger

    Idk if exercising sore all the time is ideal
