    I don't have a scar but I have a bit of bruises, never heard of a lump tho

    I am stronger and more comfortable with the low bar but I only to high bar because it helps more on my athleticism and on my quads, don't need the extra hamstring work since I do deadlift right after

    But I do have weightlifting shoes and have to stretch like 10-15 mins to really get deep

    I think he’s taking about this bone in your neck/spine area called the axis bone that kinda bulges out, on the front of this bone is something called a dense which feels like a small ball/lump @Marc_Cool_Guy

    Use a 10lb plate to roll the first 45 on one side to raise the bar and it’s easier to put weights on and off

    it’s been getting easier to put it on and off but when it gets hard again imma do this thanks g

    (9 sets the first rep. next 3 sets was 6-5-6 respectively. My dawg told me I need to take longer rest times in between than a minute)

    no this bump is from the bar because i remember it went away during the pandemic when the gyms were closed and now its back

    today was f***ed, i was squatting and then i went down to fast and did not have enough in me to get back into position so i dropped the bar thankfully no one was around me but i got back up re stacked those mfs and finished my set

    Yea most people are doing PPL M/W/F, yesterday I had to switch it up cause the back area of our gym was empty while every bench had like 3 people taking turns I’m straight on that. Partly why I can’t workout with other people anymore lmfao
