    • 30 mins on treadmill, incline 15 @ 3.2 speed
    • Chest press: 60 reps @ 25 lbs
    • Seated row: 60 reps @ 40 lbs
    • Lat Pulldown: 60 reps @ 60 lbs

    Going in 3 times a week, Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday

    I'm trying to build muscle in chest and arms. Any advice?

    I'm trying to build muscle in chest and arms. Any advice?

    Id start with lifting first then cardio.

    You gonna tire yourself before lifting if you do it vice versa

    I like them a lot actually. Feet are very stable but the angle of the heel to toe drop makes it a lot easier to get to the proper depth

    Agree with insert saying lift then cardio

    I would recommend doing lower body lifts as well. The body grows better symmetrically. Have you looked into any programs?

    I haven't!

    Will definitely start with lift before cardio.
    For lower body lifts what do you recommned?

    the exercises are good, but i think you should do 3 sets of 12 reps each.

    you should also include some exercises for your arms, so try to do some curls and triceps machines aswell

    I'll try the 3 sets of 12, and the curl machines tomorrow

    And gonna take that other advice about ending with cardio instead of starting.

    eat a lot more dont do too much cardio keep your protein
