Going this long without the gym is killing me. I don’t want to buy dumbbells because I know once s*** opens back up I won’t be using them.

how much are your weights you have do you got bands to
I have official lost all my gains and now need to start from zero again. F*** THIS MOTHERFUCKING B**** ASS VIRUS
First thing imma do when all this goes away is buy heavy & light dumbbells and and a bench. It's really all you need to maintain your form.
I'm sick to death
6 months down the toilet :(
Is it possible to lose fat on my stomach and get bigger arms? I run treadmill every second day (like 4km in 30 mins) and do core/arm exercises everyday but only got dumbbells. Not sure if I should be eating at a surplus to build muscle or a deficit to lose the fat, but I been eating more eggs and tuna lately. I don't count calories though and don't even know how much I weigh (I'm 5 foot 8, I suspect about 85KG)
Slight caloric deficit, intense workouts, HIGH protein intake. You'll lose fat and gain a bit of muscle. Especially if you're a beginner/intermediate.
Ngl I been skipping leg days for the past two weeks lol
This upper body pump is crazy with these bands tho 🤣😔
Can't do any heavy lifting right now this s*** is killing me
My friend has a whole ass gym in her basement, got to legit barbell squat yesterday, s*** was glorious
Got to do barbell squats, barbell RDLs, barbell hip thrusts, dumbbell lunges, and calf raises
Was amazing and I’m sore af
Saw Athlean X do dumbbell W raises with I assume 9KG, tried to do it with 5KG but I couldn't even complete 3 reps. Turns out everyone else does it on an inclined bench and Jeff is just a madman
Been doing this home workout for the last two. It’s just 30 mins a day but I’m legit seeing improvement I haven’t worked out in 5 years. I can’t wait to go to the gym now

Not sure if my workouts are intense enough
I run for 32 mins, end up going 4.5KM and about 430-450 (k?)cal every second day. I'm mainly focusing on arms when it comes to strength training. 5KG tricep kickbacks (tough to do but holy f*** they work the muscle), 8KG bicep curls and overhead presses, some pushups and core workouts. Exploring more back, shoulder and chest workouts but they're hard when you just got dumbbells and no bench. Also wanna squat more but my legs are hurting from the running and they're difficult for me to do
I don't eat much but when I do its usually something rich in protein like eggs or tuna before workout. Post workout is yogurt, muesli and fruit. Dinner is whatever my parents make but its usually got meat and veggies in it
