    Got to do barbell squats, barbell RDLs, barbell hip thrusts, dumbbell lunges, and calf raises
    Was amazing and I’m sore af

    Did my longest run yesterday 3.74 miles in about 32 minutes. That s*** really killed my calves

    Tennis made my calves huge. Not available rn ofc but you can do similar movements with sprints and jump roping
