Don’t get Jump Force on Switch. I’m one of the few people who didn’t hate this game and found fun in playing it online in bursts. I usually play arena fighters on Switch because I like the portable aspect so I was like wtf I’m game.
Cutscenes dip all the way down to 5fps at times, the sound is bad. I’m surprised people aren’t actually complaining about this. Like it’s so bad I thought someone spilled water on my switch or something because I couldn’t hear the music playing. Had to switch to one step from Eden (buy this game) to make sure my switch sound was okay. As far as gameplay goes I haven’t even had the chance to humor playing online yet but I will say it’s somewhere between 20-30 FPS while fighting. Haven’t seen any unplayable dips. Still not worth the coin if you’re considering it buy NUNH4 or My Hero 2 if you NEED an arena fighter to play

If there was a patch to fix certain things I didn’t notice it the game runs at the bare minimum it should but the sound is a hugeeeee problem

Yeah I just checked, some people said even with the update it still runs poorly which is a shame. Hopefully Namco will continue to update it.

I was always a skeptic of jump force running properly on switch. It’s just a shame because they did a decent job with Xeno 2 and the Naruto games

Damn, tbh it's not surprising since it runs poorly on PS4 Xbox One as well.

Prime Collection was someone else and it is still likely coming just waitinf for Prime 4
They weren't wrong about the direct. It was only media outlets that didn't report the full context and hyped everyone about a direct. They were always transparent that they don't know if it is a partner showcase or a direct.

Metroid Prime collection is real and was coming before they delayed MP4
theyll sell Metroid Prime collection closer to when the 4th game is to be released

I wouldn't say leakers/insiders are never right because that's definitely not true. There's been several pieces of leaked information throughout the Switch era that have been correct - whether it's a leaked date, a leaked game title or some other piece of information. We have to give credit where it's due. The only surprising thing about the 7/20 Direct was that it was that a Partner Showcase, but they had the exact date and even time for when it was going to be announced.

Yeah but for every correct leak there are 20 wrong leaks, and the 8/28 general direct rumor is one of the countless they got wrong. Moral of the story is never trust insiders and wait for whats to come without having any expectations

Also about metroid prime trilogy, whether it exists or not is unknown and they have hinted at it countless times even after mp4 delay was announced so yeah i wouldnt cite metroid prime trilogy as a source for their credibility. We dont even have a mario 3d collection announced yet so let's just wait and see. Discussions about rumours is fun until people believe in everything they say, get delusional and when their unrealistic expectations are not met by nintendo they s*** on nintendo and other announcements (smt V being the most recent example).
