LucaOther than Joker at the game awards no smash character has been announced outside of a direct wether it be a Smash focused presentation or Nintendo direct.
If Smash DLC actually has a finish date by December 2021 an announcement has to come soon because we still have 5 characters left and if 5 characters or even 4 characters are left for next year then the characters would be rushed compared to the timeline of characters before it.
TLDR: Nintendo Direct soon!
Man if we don’t get a REAL Direct in September I’m moving to the PlayStation thread for the rest of year.

3D Mario game for sure getting announced in September
It won’t release in September or October to not outshine Pikmin 3. Who TF gonna play and think of Pikmin when 3D Mario Collection is out?
So I think an announcement in September makes sense
The beginning of November are the Xbox and the PS5 launches.
So I see the 3D Collection releasing late November / early December

Yeah like they were with metroid prime collection, direct 8/28 just to name a few off the top of my head. They're never right and if they are its because they're ambiguous like they were with last month's partner showcase

Don’t get Jump Force on Switch. I’m one of the few people who didn’t hate this game and found fun in playing it online in bursts. I usually play arena fighters on Switch because I like the portable aspect so I was like wtf I’m game.
Cutscenes dip all the way down to 5fps at times, the sound is bad. I’m surprised people aren’t actually complaining about this. Like it’s so bad I thought someone spilled water on my switch or something because I couldn’t hear the music playing. Had to switch to one step from Eden (buy this game) to make sure my switch sound was okay. As far as gameplay goes I haven’t even had the chance to humor playing online yet but I will say it’s somewhere between 20-30 FPS while fighting. Haven’t seen any unplayable dips. Still not worth the coin if you’re considering it buy NUNH4 or My Hero 2 if you NEED an arena fighter to play
