What’s even crazier is lost tapes 2 has one of the most stacked list of producers I’ve ever seen on a album
For real? I never looked at it. Who were the producers?
and there we have it
I don't think anyone expected that bro. But we all thought the production would at least be on point. This was just bad while Nas brought his A game.

For all the hate hit boy got for his albums with nas. Nas sounded far better on those beats than this
Preemo is one of the GOATS but at this point in his career he should never been tasked with producing an entire album, just placements at the most.
This is like when Coming to America 2 dropped… they missed the window, this was supposed to happen 15-20yrs ago.
ngl i'm already liking this way more than his collabs with hitboy. it has a classic nas feel to it thats been missing on his recent last projects. i'm loving it
Not what I expected at all, but after I got the first listen out of the way and know what to expect, the second listen is better
I havent listened yet but I played 3rd Childhood out of curiosity and tell me why this beat is trash
Nas’ flows and rapping are very good on this I would say. The Premier production, it hurts to say, sounds stale and stiff at times.
I do like that it harkens back to his sound however, and sometimes it comes together but some of these sound dated in a way that the songs we love from Premier that are like 30 years old sound timeless could never.
I don’t think there’s many truly terrible songs. But I actually do really like a handful of the songs:
There’s a ton of good Nas verses on this however.
Yall niggas are trippin, album is heat! this is his best album since Street's Disciple
Delete your account
Its funny that after all these years Nas biggest enemy is still his beat selection
Imagine not listening to his last 6 albums
say It ain’t so
Still gonna listen on my morning drive ofc but these comments are breaking my heart
Street's Disciple is one of his worst albums
Streets disciple gotta be one of Nas most overhated projects. Sure it’s a double disc but Theres so many great songs on it it’s hard to ignore
