Hefty anxiety.
Horrible thought about drone wars and death.
I have begun drinking more often recently and it really quiets my anxiety, but then it just return more poignant.
So now I am trying to just roll with the anxiety and treat it with substances and give myself time and peace to get thru it.
Edit: Began watching Interstellar, bad choice when anxiety is beating, but beautiful movie
Anxiety got me feeling that I have to escape it, but it follows me everywhere, as it breaths inside of me.
I can’t hide, outrun or escape it.
But maybe I can let it go, let it leave me.
this song is about olanzapine, an antipsychotic medication for mental illnesses such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and schizoafffective disorder. lady gaga takes it. shout out to anyone who takes it and are mentally stable because of it.

Finally got my test done 🙌
Results look kinda bad 🥺
Might have some sort of surgery real soon.
I'm back at square one. No conclusive diagnosis.
On to the next doctor (neurologist and/or rheumatologist).

Upper right abdomen & lower back. Can't figure out the source but I think it started in my back but the primary pain is in my abdomen now. Feel like I'm going in circles. Might be a nerve issue... idk.

do you get DR/DP with your anxiety?
Probably the first time I ever felt “mellow” like no good or bad just existing and not really knowing how to feel?
do you get DR/DP with your anxiety?
I am not good at judging/understanding my emotions so I don’t know about that, but my guess is no.
I don’t watch myself from the outside or view the world thru glass, but I do feel a numbness and a detachment from my emotions/my core
anybody has schizophrenia and has to take like an injection every month?
One of my family members have that
