    Been having a few unsuccessful sessions, I find when I have those I want to meditate less but Iโ€™m gonna try to power through and have an extended session tomorrow

    I always see the thought as a cloud of words.
    I acknowledge it and let the cloud "go" ,fade away.
    Idk if thats how its supposed to go but that way helps me

    Another layer peeled, thankful for the practice once again in a way that I haven't been able to for the past 1.5 years.

    Been an intense couple weeks, that I know is just the beginning of a beautiful transformation.
