lmfao that double feature title is NOT catching on bro
Sound like a kid cudi title
Whats the value of RDR2
lots of replayability in it. Spiderman 1 has it too though to be honest
Ragnarok is an action RPG and like 5 hours of cutscenes with a dredging long drawn out mid game section
GOG also a pretty good marvel game was about 18 hours to beat, fun experience. Mario Odyssey gets called a classic and that takes 12 hours to beat.
Think the hard thing to do is not making the game feel drawn out and pacing makes it harder to turn it into a 30 hour game. Doesn't need to be one either still a good product.
Agree with the last paragraph. But most people don’t get my point. They jump on the “length can’t define value” platitude.
It’s about context, spider-man 1: awesome game enjoyed the hell out of it. No issues with length or side quests. Now when a studio with the grandeur of insomniac makes the sequel, I would like them to expand the game, in main content and side content. And as i’m reading through the reviews that doesn’t seem entirely the case and feels like valid criticism to me. Despite all that, the game still seems to rock with a stellar 3rd act. Both things can be true!
I’ll be honest
I don’t see insomniac ever recovering from this trash beat in miles morales

!https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SYP7kwhWO84This is that “I go to a private academy dedicated primarily towards the sciences” type beat.
The exaggerated swagger of a young dork more like.

17 hour story is incredibly disappointing. Thank god I can get a cheaper pre order

Yep.
First game being 30+ hours and perfectly paced was amazing.
MM being 10 hours was disappointing as hell.
This is also disappointing, unless they plan to make DLC which I’m all for

I abused the 30% off Walmart glitch that happened and picked up a $70 psn code for $49 for this

First game was 17 hours.
Miles Morales was a smaller game from the jump, never intended to be a full on sequel.

My playthrough was 30 hours.
Either way I’ll be doing side quests first.
Movies are traditionally around an hour and a half and 3 hours . This is for like 96% of movies if not more
Games can literally range from an hour to 100+ . There are enough longer games to fully justify someone having it as a point of emphasis with how they spend their money . Their is no way you can sit here and act like they are even comparable in terms of valuing length for a $70 purchase
It’s a very stupid complaint because Spider-Man PS4 is the exact same length, an extra $10 doesn’t mean the game needs to be hours in length longer

Yeah, with side quests included.
Spider-Man 2 is the same length with side quests included.
It’s just the main story that’s 17 hours, just like the first game

Bro can y’all chill lol . I’m not saying the game is trash or bad . I’m just saying that some people may prefer to pay 70 for longer games . Length being the bases on how quick someone wants to shell out full price is reasonable . That’s literally all I’m saying (also some people may wish the game was a few hours longer . Not sure what’s wrong with that)
These are complaints that some people had about the first game . Complaints don’t mean the game isn’t great
That response also doesn’t counter my arguments about why movies and games are a terrible comparison . So idk if you meant to quote that or not
