This post may age poorly, but I want to say that I think this is the worst opening day spurs lineup I’ve seen in a long long time.

It’s missing star power, but when fully fit I think they have a really strong squad. They’re a step below the top 4 but I honestly think they’ll finish somewhere between 5-7.

I think there is too much trauma on Merseyside and they have no cover for Salah / too reliant imo. Arsenal had a perfect summer so far. Chelsea I think will surprise everyone just so much talent and potential and Joao Pedro is a gem. City I think pep will step away this year finally they’re tired. And I think we’re gonna surprise folks and finish 5th mainly cause everyone else around us got so much worse like villa Newcastle spurs etc.

Wow I think they’re like worse than west ham and Brighton etc. we’ll see how it goes I thought Thomas frank played like a 352 with Brentford but today this looks like 433 lineup.

arsenal had a perfect summer so far? i thought it was almost the exact opposite and that their pre-season isn’t going too well. other than that i don’t disagree with the ranking, though i still think people are massively underestimating city all of a sudden - they spent a lot again and bolstered their squad accordingly, imo there’s no way they don’t finish top 3 this season (even though i’d love to be wrong)
