jesus, i just read about the Amadou diallo case over 20 years ago. He was unarmed and shot 41 times by cops through mistaken identity- and the cops were acquitted of all charges

No but you used some dumb ass logic to say there's no racial motives behind the killing of black people by the police and even used that same dumb ass logic to blame black people and their education

You think people have it backwards yet you think black people should be educated to fear the police, who are supposed to be protecting people not killing them, if you think black people are to be educated and not the police you have it more than backwards lol

And dont pull any numbers or statistics to make a point because its people we're talking about not things

im trying to illustrate the difference between correlation and causation

the fact of the matter is that unfortunately black men commit most of the crimes in the US (whether it's due to socio-economic factors, education, whatever)

if you have bad individuals within the police force, there is a much higher chance that they will run into black men. the chance of them running into black men, and situations like this taking place are higher than with any other race

i guess the point is this guy was tapped in the head, and maybe he killed him for any number of reasons. maybe he didnt like the shoes george had on, or didnt like the fact he was bald. but people jump to this whole race thing

the solution isnt to label the whole US police force as racist

the solution is to raise black people up so that they dont run into these kinds of evil people

call me a racist or misinformed or whatever, i just think people have this all backwards

You seem to be missing the part where the police go out of their way to target black people. So of course the numbers of black criminals aprehended is going to be high.

Their "policing" is extremely unevenly divided

    82 Knives

Are the protests dying down? Any of you in America have the details?
If not, what are they protesting at the moment? From my understanding they wanted all cops charged and an upgrade for the main killer.

LA just took $150 million out of the lapd budget and is investing in black communities

    Stuff like that
