What was experimental about Kendrick's album?
I don't think that album is experimental but it's just bout as left field as honestly nevermind
Kendrick dropped a rap album with at least 4 songs with enough potential to do well on the charts but they didn't for whatever reason. The Weeknd dropped an album that was an extension of the sound he ran with on most of the After Hours album. It had just as many catchy songs that should have worked as singles but they didn't for some reason.
Kendrick and Weeknds albums were far more experimental to the masses then Drakes.
why was the thread unpinned
Because it’s an obvious cope thread for Drake Stan’s and not a sales thread

😂
I posted the first and second day Spotify numbers. I posted US Apple Music positions in days 1-5. I did post. Y'all were trolling so hard and doing the most and y'all didn't care that I was posting. Y'all just wanted to troll and so I left for y'all to continue and went where actual discussions could be had.
Y'all wanted to make me mad and were doing the most because I was 20 minutes late to updating the thread title, claiming I didn't do so because it was Drake and mentioning every mod to change me as OP.
Yall are just f***ing weirdos obsessed with me and doing even way worse than the Drake stans y'all claim did the most. It's all so funny.
Carry on, though.
You were the main person posting daily numbers in this thread. Then, for this album, you said that you didn’t understand why you were getting so much hate and that anyone is free to post numbers in lieu of you. So I filled in the stats for HN that you didn’t post. Not sure how that shows any kind of obsession with you. Now you’re asking me why I posted daily Spotify streams in this sales thread.

In what world is that a true statement? He made a rap album, rapping over typical rap beats. How is that left-field? Even the content he's rapping about. Yes, it's stuff that's deeply personal and stuff he's never rapped about before but isn't that what Kendrick is known for? He's always rapped about "hard"/"difficult" topics. He's done that on every album he's ever released. That's what we've come to expect of him.

You asked the masses and they told you this personally?
I don't think that album is experimental but it's just bout as left field as honestly nevermind
Kendrick flopping with Mr Morale would be equal to Drake flopping with a straight hiphop album
Nah. But you can tell yourself that though.

You and other people act like I never posted any numbers for Drake's album and that's a lie. I posted. Several times.

How are united in grief, worldwide steppers, mr. Morale, crown typical rap beats?
Is we cry together a normal rap song ? Are his use of song structure, flows, pitch of voice normal on there. How many rap songs bout sexual abuse or transgender rights do you know of ?
Like I said I before I dont think it's really all that left field, but it's just as left field as Drake's album especially after damn
one of the mods still thinks we’re on ktt1 and stickied every new release
convenient timing to bring back that tradition

lmfao
You and other people act like I never posted any numbers for Drake's album and that's a lie. I posted. Several times.
I didn’t say you didn’t post any. But you didn’t post nearly as many as you did for MM&TBS. That’s just a fact. It doesn’t really matter though, you’re obviously free to post or not post whatever you want. It’s not that serious.
I don't think that album is experimental but it's just bout as left field as honestly nevermind
How is TPAB not more left field?
