    Real 1 alert.

Songs don't have a proper chance to really linger.

Most are in & out like nothing with no lasting impression or time to build.

Even Yeezus let it's tracks breathe & stick.

    100%
Hold my liquor and blood on the leaves are some of his best tracks ever because he really lets the tracks develop and reach their full potential.

It might not be good for radio or for making hits, but it definitely makes better art

Anyone know how to listen to the original "God Is", these new edits have been awful

I feel the exact same, & those two are some of my favs in his whole discog too. Yeezus is also my 3rd fav album of, MBDTF 2nd & LR 1st for me.

I am interested to see what this EP of his that might come out in December might be. From the little I've read is that its suppose to take on a more Sunday Service approach which I would be happy for.

Those live renditions & new songs in his Sunday Services have always sound amazing, well thought & more "grand". If it does actually come out, then that could be really awesome.

From the rich to the poor, all are welcome through the door

so many details on the JIK sunday service versions, this could be in cdq a masterpiece and on a level with mbdtf tbh

No. Og selah is uneventful and drags on for too long, okay he raps with a lot of energy but hallelujah part alone > og selah

I deserve all the criticism you got
If that's all the love you have, that's all you got
To sing of change, you think I'm joking
To praise His name, you ask what I'm smoking
Yes, I understand your reluctancy, yeah
But I have a request, you see
Don't throw me up, lay your hands on me
    Please, pray for me

    amazing

"I pray an out of body experience will happen" - saint pablo
then go into "Ye" and "KSG" where it seems like he consumed psychedelics, which reaffirmed his thoughts that all this culture is bullshit. Continued to feel lost because once you take psychs you can see through the facade and wonder where the truth will come from, then homie turns to God for "JIK".

People always find a way to hate on kanye. They are so invested in him and have their own vision on how he should do stuff and then can’t enjoy when he does something different.

How crazy it would be if he would take 69 under his wing, to follow god. 69 would flip his world around, stops all the bullshit and becomes christian, honest and good person, spreads the gospel, his fanbase pretty huge right, idk tbh? Ye would produce his s***.. 69 making christian gospel rap music lmao.. only ye would make this work. Would be craziest timeline lol
