Really interesting hearing these complaints

I thought it was a really good exploring of humans evolving in response to climate issues and sensory overload exposure. It has some gross gory scenes but they were satisfying to watch (well, ’satisfying’ is definitely the wrong word) in that Cronenberg way. Basically, it was a really thoughtful call back to previous work like Scanners and I recommend it as someone who hasn’t seen his other recent stuff (but am now interested)

Enjoyed this visually and sonically but the story itself is what I’m not convinced on, I know every scene is somehow connected to the story but I don’t get why we were being shown alot of the stuff in this movie. We know more about Gordy and Ricky than the main characters lmao

Peele the new M. Night imo, hasn’t really made a “bad” movie yet but I could see his movies start to annoy me if he follows this pattern. He would definitely make a movie like Old in the future.

This was highly disappointing to me. Not gonna say it was necessarily trash, but it was mid.

Test screening viewers talking about it. Shots of the guy ended up in the third trailer, he's the fat dude walking through the screaming crowd of audience members

Can we PLEASEEEE stop overeating peele now??? Mfs got SO high off of get out and even when that movie came out I remember thinking to myself that this was almost like lightning in a bottle.

This pretty much sums it up, and is a great way to say little and also a lot. There’s been a ton of recent news about discovery of aliens. What exactly are we looking for? What’s the goal here?

Trying to interact with a species galaxies away just isn’t smart. We run s*** here on earth, and other life forms could perceive that as us keeping animals as slaves and domesticating them to rule over them (which is true)

Some things are better left ignored is the big ideal. Simplistic, yet real

My jaw hit the floor and didn't leave; this may be the highest difference in quality between what I expected out of a movie and what I got, ever
