He’s prob gonna slash your tires make sure you watch your back
No doubt bro. If I succeed, I will have a new (my first and only) opp for life.
S*** it's probably gonna be like that regardless of what happens.

Do you think you could beat him up? He beats on women so he’s definitely not tough

It's hard to say, he is low-key bigger than me, but he's older, slow, and dilapidated from hurting his back, so if it comes down to it I'ma just have to make sure I get him first lol.
Heard similar stories about my """boss""" its a political thing, but hes already falling
Incompetence + cleverness/deceit is the most toxic combo at the workplace, and in a rotten system it's a sure way of keeping your spot secured, especially if you're in a leadership position. You get to always make yourself look alright, make others look good or bad as needed, and control every single outcome, without having to put in any legit effort into making yourself or the work better.
OP keep everything documented and don't get into anything physical. In fact, if possible, don't spar with him verbally at all as well. You're doing the right thing already.

Yes this is exactly what's happening. And since his boss is not an IT person (VP of Ops), he can easily tell her some bs about a glitch or something, and she really has no choice but to listen to him.
I remember a few months back, he was b****ing cause his boss would go to the contractor dude that made our whole environment to ask about IT decisions lmao. He was mad asl, but that's what happens when people don't trust you
Also thank you fam. Going forward I'm gonna keep my cool for sure. I kinda wish we were still cool so I could gather more silver bullets, but that ship has sailed.

I bet he flipped when that happened. Tough working with or under such folks.
Good luck fam! Hope the boss does the right thing.
In not reading all that
damn bossman illiterate but can sabotage work flow and disable logins. that mf unstoppable
Lmaooo as someone who also works in IT, i'm invested keep us posted.
This s*** sucks. This is the second horrible IT boss Ive had. My last dude was a G. He was a 30 year web dev, who was also good at Sys Admin stuff. Got me into learning web dev, APIs, AWS. Let me basically do whatever I wanted with GPOs on the AD server. Dude was friendly as hell and approachable. Not to mention he was actually very competent at his job and there wasn't a single thing he couldn't fix if it came down to it (and he wasn't a d*** about it).

That's what I'm saying bro. Dude's like the IT version of Homelander.
He tryna do me like Black Noir, but I'm bout to do him like Billy Butcher
I work in a female dominated org (like literally 80-90% women),
❤️
Spoke to HR today. It was actually a surprise. I thought the HR meeting was gonna be about something else, but they straight up were like "Alright, tell us about what you told his boss yesterday"
I sang like a bird to them lmao. I framed it in a way that shows that I'm the innocent one (I mean I am) AND how it's a detriment to the org because he's literally disrupting people's work. I also told them that I don't deserve to be treated the way he treats me and they wholeheartedly agreed with me lol.
Looks like it's gonna be a very slow process though. They're talking about me sending more examples of him being a d***, how they're going to look into a cyber forensic investigation, and they're going to interview all involved parties (people I'm claiming that he f***ed with).
I think those people will speak up, cause they've CONSTANTLY been gaslit and trolled by this dude for months now (probably longer tbh). And I know they're sick of it.
Talked to my boss a few times today, bro sounds shook tbh. He was very professional and cordial. He was actually communicating thru notes like I've never seen before. I know his boss has to had said something to him.
Then I saw her create a plethora of tickets on behalf of other people for urgent matters that he ignored when those individuals put them in themselves. So that was kinda funny. That low-key put him on blast cause now he CANNOT ignore them.
Ok cool, now go find a new job as well. HR knows you a
now
Dw, already applying.
Also, I have come to terms with the fact that anything can happen. Like I said, I reached a breaking point. This s*** will end one way or the other.
Curious about the woman abuser bit? How much more can you share
I'll keep it generalized, but there's legit police reports (ig criminal complaints) of a woman accusing him of SA. I think there's more, but my person has not shared with me much more yet.
There's other ones of women accusing him of stalking them, irl and online.
He's currently stalking the woman he's suing (she's showed me pics), he'll go to the same bar that she's at and just stand close to her and stare at her. Or he'll come up and try to talk to people she's talking to.
He low-key did the same s*** to me Wednesday lmao. Kept following me and talking to people I was talking to... Even though he knew I didn't wanna talk to him (cause we were at a big event downtown).
Also there's apparently another criminal complaint with pictures where it shows how he beat some woman up, she was all bruised up.
The thing about it is that he's never been convicted.
And apparently people have brought it up to his job in the past... And nothing came of it.
So that's why I'm going the professional route, and I'm very grateful he's not a professional lmao.
