Just like everyone e else, I've been wondering if Quidditch is going to be part of the game. The writer of this article thinks it wont make it.

Very possible, as they havent talked about it or shown it yet. But they could just be keeping it a secret. They cant/shouldn't give everything away yet about the game. It would be a pleasant surprise.

But the notion that it might not make it according to this article is lame. Lol they state it might not make it because of how complicated the game is and that they might not be able to get it playable right. Dont get me wrong, the fictional sport of Quidditch is quite unique and complicated but that should be no excuse. You mean to tell me these AAA devs can make this enormous, beautiful open world, with all this lore and everything else, but then can design the Quidditch mechanics? I dont buy that for one second. If it doesnt make it, I'll be disappointed for sure, as if they are going to make the ultimate Harry Pitter/Hogwarts game, which is what this is clearly setting out to be, then Quidditch, in some form or another should make it. I hope it does make it, but will still enjoy the game regardless. But the articles notion that it might not make it I think is absurd, when they have everything else.

Just started watching the movies. First one was really good.

It’s funny, having just recently rewatched both LOtR and HP I find I tend to get more sucked into the latter because the entire time I’m watching the former I just think “These dudes are just wondering around New Zealand”

I love LOTR and never really gave Harry Potter a chance. I really liked the first movie though. How are the others?

The fifth one is the only one I’d say is not that good, but it’s actually a surprisingly consistent series.

It also varies in tone and look, so people’s favorites tend to vary a bit.

The second one is similar to the first in terms of tone and look (same director) from that point forward though they start to evolve and become darker.

down to wait for a proper quidditch drop maybe as DLC full fledged sport mechanics with multiplayer/world cup tournaments would go crazyyyyy
