KingOfPopEnglish sport has always been based on performance and merit - to strip all that away because of American/foreign owners who have no concept of the sport/clubs other than what they own being a money spinner is so painful to watch.
It can’t happen.

SPIEGEL is a very famous news portal in germany and they're basically saying that Munich and BVB knew about this for a longer time and they have 30 days to go into the Super League. They're invited and are EXPECTED to join it based on the framework agreement.
Same for PSG in the next 14 days.

No one is saying either are a good choice. UEFA are simply the better of two evils here.
The ESL goes against everything British football has ever stood for since its inception & from a United fans standpoint, if you don’t understand what the CL means to the club I don’t know what to tell you.

If the Super league gets realized then there is noway they can play with the other local teams. 350 extra million just for participating every year is an insane advantage all those teams gonna wipe the floor with the others even more than they do now.

Part of the beauty of football is those smaller clubs doing the miracle seasons, Leicester winning the league, West Ham sitting in the top 4, the entire history of the FA Cup.
Most of this “super league” can’t even reach the UCL let alone stay in it.
