I wonder if the remake will follow the manga more closely so it can connect with the Moro arc better
that’s supposedly the idea, at least for the Beerus saga
no idea how they could do that for the TOP and Goku Black they’re almost completely different stories
and RoF wasn’t in the manga so they’re probably looking to clean up the animation for that more than anything

rof is one of the most unpleasant looking things i’ve watched
Why are they running this back for the 3rd time
a) the animation in Super has already aged as badly as possible and only the last arc had any level of replayability
b) the entire thing was so rushed and incoherent that this is a chance to bring consistent writing and characterization back to a series that has been missing it for 30 years
Vegeta here is more in line with his acceptance of Goku's superior prowess than he's been since DBZ stopped airing lol
Bro that’s the best super arc
It’s been a minute since I read it, so the details are a bit fuzzy, but to me, he wasn’t an interesting character, his abilities were not interesting and I felt like the arc dragged on for too long

That’s fair. I do like the introduction of magic to the series it made for interesting scenarios about who isn’t necessarily is the strongest

I’m sorry for my knee jerk reaction to the news
If I only lightly started super should I just wait now or watch it all while I wait ?

We’ve still got a year+ before the new anime releases, I’d say go ahead and watch it now tbh.

Yeah he started out as a unique villain then devolved into Temu Cell

You can watch but skip the battle of gods and resurrection of F Arc.
Watch the battle of gods movie and the Resurrection F movie to substitute for it.
The first 2 arcs were f***ing s*** Anime-wise.
Im not going to stop u from watching the first 2 in the show tho but you get the underwhelming sense. Only difference is some things are changed because technically the arcs are cannon, not the movies.

The colors here are so vibrant
Reminds me of the ambiance of the 17 Vs Goku fight
Beerus remake also better ties Daima into the canon Im sure
I hope they redo all of Super. Its disrespectful as is tbh

Man what if dbs becomes coherent?
Is Goku still going to risk the multiverse for a pretty okay fight with jiren?
I’ve seen both movies
There’s definitely redeeming qualities in super, u just gotta accept that it’s completely unhinged

Daima was fire

Yuya Takahashi and Naotoshi Shida rn doing the animation
Daima was fire
Actually haven’t checked it out yet but I liked the revised ssj4 design

Shouldn't be toooo difficult to fix that if they do intend to do so. Didn't they already have it so the Zenos were about to wipe the universes, but Goku incidentally bought them all some more time? that may have been manga only idk
