Gained 20 - Went from 160 to 180
now trying to lose that 20 to get my jawline and cheekbones back
Nah i lost the most weight of my life and got in shape to the point that people couldn’t even recognize me
I love food way too much to be trapped indoors 24/7
In the first 4 months i went from 186 to 194 and ik at that rate it would be a spiral so my only option was to get into a habit of actively trying to cut (I’m 5,11).
As of rn im 172 pounds
Intermittent fasting, eating with smaller plates and flavored sparkling water is a major key
I’m trying to cut down down to 160-155 then gain a lean-cut look muscle wise

I went up to like 215 from 185 and then dropped to 175 all in a 6 month span
Only drank water, and ate eggs, fish, beef, chicken and vegetables with occasional pork from noon - 8 every day to lose weight.
