    Literally just started OMAD today. Gained way too much weight over the last couple years. Didn’t help that I ruptured my Achilles and COVID happened either

    I hear OMAD is elite especially if you do weight training
    I’m not disciplined enough with my eating schedule to do it tho

    Yeah i feel you. I was doing cardio becshe Covid. But now that gums are open I’ve gained muscle too

    I only hoop for cardio too these days

    I've been changing weight like Christian Bale. Start of 2020 I was 210 then I dropped to 185 then to 230 and now I'm at 200. Mostly from doing keto and then saying "fuck it" and gaining it back from Taco Bell and dessert. Need to be more disciplined fr

    I lost weight depression and d**** I stopped eating and sleeping too. Bouncing back but I did some f***ing damage for sure.

    I was gaining weight before all of that, but with the pandemic I gained a lot more

    Lost it all tho, since october of last year I lost like 30kg and now im healthy (From 227 to 167 lbs)

    dropped weight and got leaner, came out looking way better. but seeing people now they feel more self conscious around me since most people gained weight.
