    I usually don’t go longer than 48 hours. On the daily I’ll just skip breakfast and eat from 3-8

    I mean i would do that for a couple days of the week for like a month or two when i was fat and wanted to lose weight over the summer

    For me it's not something i can do long teem bc i need my breakfast

    I lost like 20 lbs myself and gained some muscle

    Lockdown had me going crayz in my room so i started doing workouts with my dumbbells during first lockdown when gyms were closed in 2020

    i was at 200 winter 2019 and ended up 160 by march 2021

    i kinda stopped eating when i couldnt lift lol

    1 stone but it's a mix between muscle n fat so we move. + the fat was gained on purpose. had to bulk up a bit.

    Literally just started OMAD today. Gained way too much weight over the last couple years. Didn’t help that I ruptured my Achilles and COVID happened either

    I get used to no breakfast after awhile tho. I’m back on breakfast rn haha
