FriesI just skimmed through again to check I wasn't misremembering but for the most part he's using a reserved, low-energy flow that to me sounds almost like he's reading off cue cards, I don't find the production too interesting, even the Paul White stuff is pretty uninteresting for the most part, the key strength of the album is the lyrics though, it has some of his funniest bars ever and some great storytelling, I just wish it was delivered with more energy overall, I genuinely wish I enjoyed it more but it just lacks something that his other albums have for me
you like Old better? or The Hybrid? i’d 100% take it over both of those albums. those are pretty good to me, Ukno is great
