gonna need control 2 by the end of 2025 at the latest
It hasn’t even entered production yet
i need to re-download this but i got to a point in the game where i just kept getting lost and confused
wanna get back into this but beginning is kind of a drag getting those first couple of powers even skipping thru cutscenes
lost my save and it just sits on my ps5 storage

its one of the most interesting parts of the game to me but infuriating and damn near debilitating when tryna get back into it
og graphics blew me away on release. the mix between the real recorded cutscenes and in engine stuff was brilliantly uncanny. idk if its gonna have the same effect with this generation's graophics
who should direct those series

Can’t wait to quote this in 2027
Playing through this now, the presentation is A1 but I’m not quite sold on the combat and story yet.
I’m into it enough to keep playing so that is something

Combat is mediocre the whole way thru unfortunately
finally beat this after picking it up and dropping it a few times over the last few years. it was decent. the presentation was really incredible and i loved the vibe and feeling of being in the oldest house. i wish less of the story was told through case files. it feels like you would've missed like 60% of the story and world building if you didn't read every case file you found. kinda caused the game to have this stop and go feeling. i did read/watch/listen to everything i found and there's a lot of really cool stuff in there that is pretty easily missed and would have more of an impact if presented differently
the ending was pretty abrupt. felt like they were building to something huge and just didn't quite get there, was hoping for a bit more. combat was fun but kinda one note. by the end game i felt like i was using launch more than the gun cause picking s*** up and throwing it did so much more damage and just felt better. kinda wanted to like this more than i did but i think they laid the groundwork for something really incredible with the sequel
