I think I comfortably got RE as his worst. Weapons still is his best imo. Creggers fantastic as a turn your brain off filmmaker but man his flaws end up being the most discussable thing about him

This was a really good time. Good mix of funny/scary and I liked some of the easter eggs hidden within the film. Very curious if this may get a sequel, I don't think Cregger would direct but feel he could get involved if the cash right.

simultaneously achieves the feel of the briskness of a resident evil play thru while also the f***ups of a s***ty run. This is an incredible emulation of the game and where some parts of the humor didn’t land and the lunacy of the third act (while true to RE spirit) did not bring the narrative to new heights, this is what a movies should be man…

really appreciated brian running in circles around the flipped police car, really felt like how it feels to get used to janky ass tank controls

Some fun moments but parts of it just feel like a first draft kind of script. I am not shocked he wrote this at the same time as something else then they talked about throwing so much in it over facetime.
