Havent read the aot ending yet but the other 2 imo have satisfying endings. I dont know if this applies to you but sometimes i see people having too high expectations for endings, so much so they put their entire enjoyment of the story prior to the ending on the line for it. But in stories usually the ending is just that, it ends the story. Not every manga has a devilman, ashita no joe, code geass, end of eva, slam dunk ending and frankly they dont need to. As long as the ending doesnt misrepresent the story, go against everything before it or leave many plot points open, its fine for me

You might like the aot ending idk but for me personally it was just stupid as s***, im not really that harsh on endings but sometimes they just all start to feel the same at some point

There's only so many ways you can end a story without pissing off the majority of readers or fans.

My goal is to find a rom com that actually has the MC get with the 3rd choice girl or the childhood best friend instead of the girl introduced into the story because I've seen so many end the same way.
