NayutaNot an anime/manga specific thing, it's true for all shows and books. It's hard as hell for shows to manage to nail an ending especially if it's multiple seasons, longer something goes the more unlikely the ending will please it's fans imo.
Think about it, off the top of your head how many tv shows or anime are generally accepted as having good to great endings? Compared to all the ones that people are like yea the ending was kinda s***ty, but besides that real good show. It fr is like a handful honestly
bebop is the one anime that has had an ending that stuck with me, anything with a sappy ending that doesnt deserve it just feels eh to me
