Nuts, meats and veggies boutta be my life for a couple months
from start until recently i was doing the carb replacements like Zucchini noodles (Zoodles) and cauliflower rice.
but it sucks tbh
i enjoy the simple (meat, veggie, oil) meal much more
gonna start grilling mackerel fish as well
This the right way to do it, I remember some dude on here saying they just stopped eating every other day or something and that s*** sounded rough lol
Diet is so much more important working out for someone trying to lose that weight especially for really big people who can potentially hurt themselves jumping straight into a lot of exercise. If you start working out you'll be in a way better spot than guys who just start to work out hard at first.
Definitely start lifting or doing cardio though, adding muscle helps burn more calories even if you're not doing much so it makes it way easier down the line
i've also noticed ppl who frequent the gym will say stuff like "i worked out today, so i earned this unhealthy food"
ppl who are diet-only dont have room for those excuses
