    Dude it is f***ing amazing.

    Im happy as s***. It cooks so much better than i do. S*** tastes better and far healthier.

    Now i just need to actually dust off and use my blender

    Started cooking and definitely stopped gaining weight. Too bad i f***ed up my good habits basically all month and my fam all got me chocolate lmao.

    Starting on the first im going back to cooking every single meal. I also stopped going to the gym religiously because of covid.

    Gonna try to start back as well.

    The smokthie trick is something i never thought about tho @op

    Thank you for that. Bout to buy a big ass bag of blueberries or another cheap fruit next time i hit the grocery

    muscles weigh heavier than fat so u can actually weigh more than me and look skinnier, and i have none as of now

    i dont even wanna mention the staple food items cuz ppl will think its a recipe to a heart attack. look on youtube

    good!!! now for this i’d gladly post my staple foods:
    i skip breakfast so this is my daily lunch:

    • any leafy greens. i like the texture of lamb’s lettuce
    • 2 tablespoons of mild flavored olive oil
    • 1 tablespoon of frank’s hot sauce (one of the few keto friendly hot sauces)
    • 1 handful of pumpkin seeds
    • a sprinkle of nutritional yeast (cheese replacement, i quit dairy)
    • 2 eggs

    my dinner more is boring

    • about 200 grams of a protein source
    • about 200 grams of cruciferous veggies
    • a good oil source

    if meals don’t sustain you

    • there’s something called a bulletproof coffee
    • if u don’t drink coffee like me - bulletproof matcha, i even make bulletproof tea.

    snacks:
    salted pecans or 85% dark chocolate

    minerals: (to avoid keto flu)
    salt, potassium & magnesium glycinate

    pro-tip:
    ur hunger will go away so u can do Intermittent Fasting easily

    This the right way to do it, I remember some dude on here saying they just stopped eating every other day or something and that s*** sounded rough lol
    Diet is so much more important working out for someone trying to lose that weight especially for really big people who can potentially hurt themselves jumping straight into a lot of exercise. If you start working out you'll be in a way better spot than guys who just start to work out hard at first.
    Definitely start lifting or doing cardio though, adding muscle helps burn more calories even if you're not doing much so it makes it way easier down the line
