update: ordered resistance bands with a 50 lbs max weight to workout at home. (gyms are closed)

The jello legs is normal if you haven't worked out before or in a long time. Your body hasn't adjusted yet. DOMS is gonna happen to basically each muscle you start working out so ease into and just keep going. Consistency is the key here not volume or weight

Appreciate that fam I hear you loud and clear. Ain't gonna lie It was kinda brutal tbh. My legs are starting to come back alive tho so Ill try again on Monday.
I started working out last month (3 days a week) and did pretty good (shoulder workout + push ups/ 40 mins). Feel like I’m getting better at my workouts, however that cardio really caught me off guard.

@ 0:49 shoulder press (20 sec) + lateral (20 sec) then 20 seconds of rest. 30 mins straight. Then 10 mins of push ups.

w/ fitness im sculpting my body. filling loose skin with some muscles. no weight loss per se. already doing that with my current diet

easiest way to gain weight is to eat carbs. u’d think fat, but no. fat will actually sustain u and wont be motivated to eat often. meanwhile carbs will have u hungry every 2 hours
