At first it's kinda a b**** but after like 3 days to a week you stop feeling hunger the same way

doesnt work for me fam...everytime I cook something I add a s*** ton of butter or/and olive oil
it's ten times better to buy a salad with dressing than to make one cause I feel like ''it wont be enough''
yikes

yup my mashed potato recipe and pasta pesto had a whole stick unsalted butter but i still lost weight.
i think this only works for obese ppl cuz we come from 4000 calorie lifestyles
then cut out salt and replace anything sweet with real stevia and see what happens

I'm at 2000 cal and I've replaced sugar with stevia but salt?? salt is essential to me....how am I going to eat healthy veggies without adding at least a teaspoon of salt

u take away salt by adding lots of herbs and spices. i quit that s*** cold turkey
salt is holding water weight. which can be crucial if u dont have a lot of weight to lose

what spices

i had a whole theme going.
iโd rotate these for western foods: fresh basil, dried oregano, dried thyme,
for eastern stir fry and african foods: a standard curry powder mix with coriander, turmeric etc
and these go with everything: garlic, chili, black pepper, paprika

I'm going to write these down
that's what I needed. From now on no more salt for me

also the easy part is not adding salt to ur food. the hard part with me reading nutritionition labels and buying stuff with no salt in it. or replacing stuff u already got

one step at a time....for now I'll just avoid adding any extra salt and once I get used to this I'll start worrying about labels
Iโm guessing you did keto? I lost 45 lbs on keto one time without doing any kind of exercise whatsoever lmao.
Congrats tho.

understandable
I mean yeah. Definitely possible.
However, your teeth would look like s*** eating nothing but sugar and you're not actually healthy because you gain no actual nutrients or vitamins.
But you can lose weight eating trash if you space it out really well
Started cooking and definitely stopped gaining weight. Too bad i f***ed up my good habits basically all month and my fam all got me chocolate lmao.
Starting on the first im going back to cooking every single meal. I also stopped going to the gym religiously because of covid.
Gonna try to start back as well.
The smokthie trick is something i never thought about tho @op
Thank you for that. Bout to buy a big ass bag of blueberries or another cheap fruit next time i hit the grocery
Good Looks fam
