Saba - Few Good Things

Ichiko aoba - Windswept Adan
"Iāve actually heard the sound of whales singing when I was inside the ocean. I was so far from shore that I couldnāt see the ocean floor anymore, and while I couldnāt physically see the whales, the vibrations of sound were carried much more quickly and clearly. So even though these whales were so far away, it felt as if they were right next to me, or even within me. Maybe this is because the water around me and the water inside of me were mixing in some way. That made me understand that music is not something that needs to be in a specific location. It is not something that needs to be picked up and listened to; it can be something that permeates the air. "
opposite of chill it is then

Oooh boy. Screamo is definitely not in my wheelhouse. I enjoyed this album though. I canāt really critique anything about this album because I do not listen to this genre of rock but what I do think is that the screaming aspects felt almost unnecessary. The lead singer has a unique voice and anytime he would scream it felt almost masturbatory - ālook I can do this thingā. I did enjoy the screaming on the outro track where itās used as a supplement to the song. I also wasnāt the biggest fan of their lyrics, nothing they said really stood out. Theyāre obviously all talented and I think it really shows in the melodies and sonics heard throughout the album. The standout tracks for me were Care, Count Bassy, The Rattler, Shelf Life, Gospel Burnout, and Evaporate. I have a close friend who listens to this sort of music so there was a weird nostalgia when listening to this album because while it didnāt remind me of any band in particular, it did bring out this weird form of comfort. While I probably wonāt revisit THIS album, I will be listening to the instrumental version.

ur thoughts on the screaming
I personally like it but i get it. The clean vocals are actually done by another guy! The band has 2 vocalists. Good song picks too! Esp Care and Count Bassy catsky.
