I own cloud atlas on Blu-ray and read the book after the movie I don’t think I’m faking on liking a movie online for people I don’t care about but go off

Nigga why does a movie tv show or art have to use the term “ groundbreaking “ or “ original “ for you to enjoy it ? Cause if so 99.9 percent of all art doesn’t meet the definition of original or ground breaking put forth in this thread .

I enjoyed the movie for what it was . It has weak points I’ve never said it was perfect . Enjoyed it for what it was with a good audience and seeing for first time with someone I connected with in imax was immersed . Was worth the 20$ or whatever I paid . I don’t need or expect a religious experience for 20$. I don’t care if reviews say 100% or 60% . Again cloud atlas is and was rated low as F*** at launch but I loved it.

I like inter dimensional or sometimes corny stories about humanity and love. Jamie Lee Curtis still obviously not the greatest part of this movie. I’ve listed many faults with this movie but in a sea of what’s dropping it was definitely refreshing

If you actually read my entire point it was about watching something for yourself based on subject matter . Cloud atlas rated low as s*** but I like subject matter . I couldn’t tell you el topo rating or many films but if subject matter doesn’t interest me I haven’t seen it consistently.
