Man had like mad arrests before this happened including a SIX year sentence like bro was clearly a product of circumstances including but not limited to a failed mental health system that doesnt know, doesnt care, nor have the resources or capabilities to handle extreme cases of mental health crisis (know homies that work in social work, saying these facilities are unequipped is an understatement)

Shoulda never got to this point in the first place but when you turn mental health programs into meeting quotas this is what you get.
