I agree. I don’t think this was a racial attack because she was white or Ukrainian or anything else, I think it’s simply rooted in being an evil act by a human being who shouldn’t of been free to walk the streets. His own mother was quoted a while ago before this incident saying he should be locked up.

He also is heard on audio rehearsing a lie that she called him a racial slur

I was aware of the I got that white girl part but he could have just been talking crazy. The part about him rehearsing the lie I was unaware of. The whole attack sounds premeditated then that makes it even more crazy and sad. I just thought he did it off the cuff as a “fuck it” moment maybe part of a schizo episode.

This woman would have probably been safer in her native country sad to say.
