Honestly, Nevermind dropped mid-June 2022. Heroes & Villains dropped in December 2022, almost 2 months AFTER Drake dropped Her Loss with 21 Savage. The two albums with Future centered around dissing Drake dropped in 2024.

What Drake did was definitely in bad taste but it wasn't malicious. I completely understand if that's the reason why Metro didn't wanna give him the song, I just think he was never going to give Drake the song anyways because he had already turned sour on him before that. That's the real story here imo.
