Ye fans were going off on me saying “All Alchemist does is just loops samples and doesn’t even add anything” which isn’t even true

But when Ye literally does that for a whole album, with samples that aren’t even obscure, It’s genius

collectively there’s a very eerie soundscape, it’s stripped back so much coupled with the lyrics it makes for a good match, sets a very somber tone

Production seems very basic, From the way samples are chopped and looped to the actual choice of samples. As someone heavily into this type of production, This is terrible. Like I said in my other post, I find it funny Ye fans were saying Alchemist sucks only to turn around and praise Ye for the same reasons they gave for why Alc sucked.
