The problem is that for the last few albums he hasn’t written most his verses or produced the music really on his own he’s taken a very overseer DJ Khaled role and then polished it up himself at the end. I guess since he’s back to producing it might be more ok but idk it sucks that he’s barely involved in his own music

I don’t think it’s a big deal as much as most people but I still think it’s a bit disappointing

AI is not inherently evil or the deconstruction of art (human expression et al.)

It's a tool, and if you wanna call Ye lazy for potentially using AI that's fair game, but to me..

If the sound is relatively good, or it bolsters further experimentation / ideas then it becomes a valuable asset.

Maybe the argument is 'AI will get so good it will become indistinguishable therefore the more Ye or any artist uses the less we're getting the REAL product etc.'

But that's just doomsaying and luddites.

Personal intent (art, anything) will always matter more, and the reason Ye AI was crap in Vultures 2 cause it showed a clear lack of effort to even get into the studio and record lines.
