yeah but mine was perfect for 7 months before the last few days and it only gets that hot with 4K60 games and i can literally see the dust bunnies built up lmao

it can run Apex or Cyberpunk at 60fps without a sign of overheating and those games run sub 4K

once i play Division 2 or Destiny 2 or Forza H4 it takes 30 minutes to get hot enough where i can hear my fan from 6 feet away, but so far only Division 2 has crashed

okay so... checking back after opening it up and cleaning it

it now works 100% as it should

my heat sync had an entire layer of grey dust blanketing the bottom but the top was fully clean and the fan was 90% clean

super odd and something we should watch out for

i live with my GF and she dusts every 5 days and i vacuum every 2 days, no pets and we dont have a lot of people over

the place my xbox sits in is ventilated well too its just the way the dust was getting in through the bottom/back

keep in mind ive had it for 7+ months now and use it everyday and fall asleep with Netflix on too

I don’t see a world where it’s not good/decent for the next 5 years . Especially as development with the series S becomes more flexible with learning technologies and etc. fully recommend if it’s used as a game pass machine/ secondary experience
