I wonder if disappeared billionaires gotta move like other people that go on the run and change their identity. Like on Breaking Bad where you have to leave to some random place and never come back and never mention your past life.
I remember some FBI guy on YT saying that you basically have to become a new person when you do that. You need new fav hobbies, fav food, can't be on social media, etc.
