at that point, might as well just keep working from home, especially if it's been working out fine. i could understand it more if masks weren't required if you're vaccinated. there's no point in going back if you have to wear masks and have other restrictions in place. when do you go back?

i won't have to go back until august next year since my company is in the middle of constructing a new HQ & building for IT, so i'm good until then lol. though i think all the other non-IT employees have to back next month.

I’m in IT too and I have to go back first week of August. They also said they’re still figuring out the “future of work” and we could go to a model where we work two weeks at home and one week at the office. I just don’t get why they would make us go back before figuring that out
