There is actually (and originally I fought against this), a lot of discussion as this case unfolds about why or how tf is they putting a RICO case on Diddy when this seems to be just a donestic abuse case? If it was just him and her and whatever escorts, then hitting Diddy with a RICO just sets a really dangerous precedent. And as a nigga from Atlanta that sees them already tryna do that with protesters (no Cop City), this is kinda unsettling.

I think (and I’m actually going out on a limb here) Tony Buzbee and Diddy was homies and he definitely succeeded in muddying up the waters with all them 1000s of cases which most of them ended up being fugazy rubbed a lot of niggas the wrong way. After the Hov s*** it kinda hit me this nigga Tony mighta gotten a huge undisclosed amount of money from diddy ppl to even take that risk of false accusing Hov.

Diddy deserves to die for what he did to Cassie, and for other people’s lives, and his part in other things (like murder. But they not charging him for that either!?) either prosecution slow cooking (this case aint gon reach a conclusion til 2027 or some s***) or they reaching with this RICO.

I’ve learned these type of situations are never as black & white as people want to make them out to be. But then again this is a man who blew up Kid Cudi’s car, so he may be an outlier. Real super villain we dealing with.
