No I don’t believe that black people from the hood is the only way to be black. But there’s a good chunk of suburban blacks who do look down on blacks people from the hood.

I think blacks from the suburbs look down at the stereotyped activities hood niggas tend to get into (gang banging, stealing, selling d****) not necessarily black people from the hood.
If anything I look more down at suburb crackers selling d**** than hood niggas cuz though I believe no one should sell d**** people in the hood actually feel like they have no other choice. These suburbs kids sell d**** to buy Supreme.

I have white friends and we all have super f***ed up humor so we all call each other racial and ethnic slurs (in my squad there’s blacks, latinos, jews,) so everybody gets the heat and that’s just the way we joke with each other. But that’s my friends. I know for a fact they don’t be saying it to other people.
But if you’re not one of the people in this specific group of friends, and aint black, I don’t wanna hear that s***.

If you're not black you shouldn't be saying nigga.
Black Americans (like me) can say nigga, Afro-Europeans can say nigga, black Caribbeans and black latinos can say nigga. Biracial black folks can say nigga, mixed blacks can say nigga.
Caucasoidz, "my great grandmama black tho", mestizos and indigenous folks can't. Islanders can't. Asians can't. This is not some grey area discussion, sorry. You got to be apart of the Black Diaspora to be saying nigga.
