beflygeltI hope we'll see a more organic mash of EDM and rap, basically taking it all the way back to the roots with house/techno + rap having a coming of age side by side. it's def been the big trend even w stuff like jersey club taking over beats etc and like lowkey DJs are bigger stars than rappers already, I think the next wave will be DJ + MC collabs where both are equally respected and rly give a live performance
also I think English rap will not be as central on a world stage anymore

Find a way to get a mixtape section on the streaming services as a free-to-use section. Let people upload tapes again, any beats, no monetization. Then use that as a way to discover/sign new talent and bleed them dry.
Basically back to the good ol days blog era

Because if he doesn’t it will get taken as he “looks down” on that type of music and the game will lap him. I agree with you and honestly its a big factor in Drake’s decline from 2016 on. He replaced the stimulus with just trying to fit into that Atlanta scene and birthed the genre of NBA on TNT cut to commercial music
