Nah i used the right word. Conscience is pertaining to morals and values. Much of Kendrick’s music pertains to morals and values. I’m saying Lupe did a better job of showing the range of morals and values in one song more than Kendrick has done in his discography, except for Mr morale.

Wordplay and what sounds good before you even get to meaning does Kendrick lamar a lot of favors. But those lines are dangerous to ones legacy because one day someone can go back thru and do a Camron Jay Z “not a writer he’s a biter” esque compilation of all the lines that lean more towards pretty wordplay with no meaning

If Kendrick made Lasers it would have been the post Graduation 8 bit video game themed album it was supposed to be before Lyor turned it into “Generic Conscious Rapper Album 2011” with a bunch of attempted generic radio songs that later went to BoB
