Quickest way is to apply to an event or catering service or bartend at a festival or a local venue, restaurants and bars are fine but they might quiz you on what a cosmo is, or ask you to describe how to make an old fashioned, so find the menu of wherever you apply and learn the drinks before the interview

Find a place that just does simple drinks like whiskey cokes, margs, Paloma’s, s*** like that with a few specials so you can get the hang of it

Be okay with starting as a server or bar back first and just jump at any opportunity to help the bar

Going into places in person always helped me land a job pretty easily, get to talking to the bartender, find out who the manager is, and just show that you’re a chill dude then randomly slip in youre looking for a job
