Just bought a Zojirushi (NL-GAC10) rice cooker. Made some incredible chicken and rice recipes this week. Was craving some beef, grabbed some thin cut flat iron steak. It came out kinda of chewy and just dry. I’m thinking I should use a thicker cut, anybody have any tips? Much appreciated
