Been cleaning pools for 4-5 years and I’m losing customers because they google AI something in one minute and think I’m doing my job wrong

This b**** told me stabilizer is supposed to be kept 60-80ppm I told her ass no! It’s 30-50 and showed her the inside of her salt reader panel box where it literally says 30-50ppm. Like I’m literally showing you AI is not a good source for information and they still doubt me

Also I just went in some thread about this and I see three different answers for this this is what I’m talking about allot of pool s*** is so unofficial

One guy said someone told him CYA should be between 50-150, one said 30-50 and one said 60-80

Like the official “safe” chlorine levels that every handbook tells you is 1-3ppm but that’s insane and all my pools would be going green because I’m only there once a week and if someone swam in the pool for like half hour the chlorine would be gone.
