If you’re 100% choosing the therapy route i would just do extensive homework on everyone available to me (insurance status, location, whatever) and go from there. Trial and error which sucks but hey thats the system.I was in therapy for a short time a while back and i felt most comfortable cause i looked her up first and saw we were on the same timing. I’d def make the thread cause there are for sure people with much more experience in this area. Good luck bro
